Instructions for the Issuer of the Gold Account Number
Most applicant and steward details have already been captured and will be passed on automatically to the relevant parties.
Please review the details and complete the Gold Account Number field where required.
Important automation note

Full Members:
the Gold Account Number is created automatically from the existing member number.
Example: Member No. 345 becomes GIA345.

Public Members:
the Gold Account Number field is prefilled with PMGIA.
Please add the assigned digits after this prefix.
Example: PMGIA345 will automatically create Member No. 345.
For Public Members, the system will automatically capture the digits entered after PMGIA and use them to create the applicant’s membership number.
When this form is submitted, a copy will be sent to:
- RRDJ, for their records
- The assigned Steward
- The certificate creation process
The issued certificate will be sent to:
- RRDJ, for their records
- The applicant, to safeguard and print
