PRDJ Steward-Led Events and Meetings

This meeting focused on three key areas within the PRDJ community.

Trading Amongst Members
We discussed how members can increasingly trade with and support one another by sharing their skills, services and products, and how the PRDJ Trade Platform can help members connect.

Property Shield
We also discussed the Property Shield, its purpose and how it fits within the broader Registry framework. Members were given an overview of the concept and the role it is intended to play in relation to property protection.

Private Number Plates
We discussed the PRDJ private number plate and vehicle registration system, its practical use, and the importance of members familiarising themselves with the available information and processes.

Delegate Property
An update was shared on the Delegate property and its future potential as a place for community, cooperation, trade and greater self-reliance.

This session focused on the operational expansion of The People’s Registry, specifically the acquisition of the Delegate River property and the deployment of private automobile registration systems. Michael provided strategic guidance on navigating “GovCorp” interactions and introduced new technical resources for members.

Property & Community Development

• Delegate River Acquisition: The Registry has purchased a property at Delegate River (on the NSW/VIC border). All members are equal shareholders in this and future purchases.
• Redevelopment: The site, neglected for eight years, will be repaired by Michael, Spiros, and key members. It serves as a “cookie-cutter” prototype for future communal living projects.
• Economic Strategy: The community aims to be self-sufficient and off-grid. Members can live there at a lower cost, trade skills within the community, and use gold investment accounts as a tax-free haven.

Private Automobile Registration

• Plate Implementation: Private plates are being issued to members. Michael advised that these plates will attract police attention and recommended studying the “cop stop” aids on the website before use.
• Legal Protocol: If stopped, members are advised not to answer questions and to handle the matter through the commercial tribunal. Civil litigation against officers can only proceed once any “pseudo-criminal” proceedings are finalised.
• Insurance: Members reported success in insuring vehicles with private plates by using the VIN number or registering the vehicle as a foreign entity/shackle. GIO and AMI were cited as having paid out claims on such vehicles.
• Trespass Notices: Pete is offering stickers ($5 each) for existing plates that state “No Consent to Remove” and specify a $100,000 AUD penalty per trespass.

Technical & Legal Resources

• Actual Intelligence (AI): Michael introduced litlife.online and docform.online, which use “Actual Intelligence” to help members build custom legal documents in equity rather than using universal government templates.
• Litigation Support: Two new members and a dedicated head have joined the litigation team. Members with outstanding cases or deposits should contact Stewart at peoplesregistrydejure.com with proof of payment.
• Blacklisting & Fiduciary Duty: Michael advised against trying to “blacklist” government organisations. Instead, members should rebut correspondence and charge for their time spent administering the “estate name” (the legal fiction).

Member Testimonials & Advice

• Courtroom Conduct: Faye shared that being overly polite (e.g., saying “Yes, Your Honor”) can be used to imply acceptance of the legal fiction. Michael suggested referring to magistrates as “Trustee” to keep the dialogue within trust and equity law.
• Firearms: Michael warned that firearms with government serial numbers are technically government property leased to the individual. Under common law, only “white-labelled” (unmarked) firearms are considered private shackles.

Today’s meeting covered PRDJ number plates, debt collectors, travelling on the road, maintaining a constructive attitude during interactions with police, and litigation matters. Many attendees considered it one of our best meetings to date.

Registry Operations & Property

Michael provided an update on the Delegate River property. The local community response has been largely positive, though some residents initially misidentified the group as a “sovereign citizen” movement.

• Community Engagement: Locals expressed a strong desire for the tavern on the property to be reopened. Michael suggested that current residents of the registry might consider operating it, noting the success of the nearby voluntary country club.
• Historical Context: Research into the neighbouring property revealed it was the site of the original Delegate River town, which once featured significant buildings that have since been removed or repurposed.
• Membership Structure: Michael reiterated that registered full members hold an equal single share in the property.

Privacy & Technical Security

A significant portion of the meeting addressed the registry’s “private by design” technology, specifically de-googled phones and anonymous SIM cards.

• Surveillance Risks: Testing conducted by the group revealed that standard smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel) record audio and transmit location data even when permissions are disabled or SIM cards are removed.
• Registry Solution: The registry provides modified Google Pixel handsets running custom software that enforces literal permissions and prevents apps from communicating with each other.
• Operational Tip: Users are encouraged to use separate profiles for banking, contacts, and utility apps (e.g., Uber) to ensure data isolation.
