Certificate – Request for Automobile / Carriage Registration

All you need to do is:

1. Complete the number plate field. It is already prefilled with PR + the member number, so you only need to add A, B, C, etc.
2. Select the plate manufacturer.
3. Submit the form.

Once the form is submitted, a copy will automatically be sent to:

• The Minister of Transport
• The plate manufacturer, so the plates can be produced
• The steward
• The certificate issuer

Once the certificate has been issued, it will be sent to:

• The Minister of Transport for their records
• The Royal Registry de Jure for their records
• The applicant, who should safeguard the certificate and print a copy for their records
