Please do not order a subject identification card right now, we are organising a new printing system and will be ready to print soon again.

Prerequisites

Before you can request a Commonwealth Subject Identification Card, you must be a member of the Royal Registry de Jure and hold a living title name with the corresponding RRDJ number.

Please note: We will need to have a recent passport photo (taken within the last 6 months) of you adjoining your application. You can take and print your own passport photo. Please use this guideline to help you creating a nice passport photo.

Important: Verify your membership to access this form

Step 1: Enter the email address you signed up with and your PRDJ / RRDJ number. A security code will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 2: Copy the security code from your email and enter it into the Verification Code field, then click Verify Code.

Step 3: Once your membership has been successfully verified, the form will appear underneath this box with your membership details entered.

If you cannot see the email or no longer have access to your registered email address, please contact your Steward for help. You can also update your membership details here .

Expiration of the Identification Card

The card will be valid for 5 years from issuing date.

Re-issuing card due to error

Please note: Please carefully review the information you enter into these fields, as your card will display exactly what you provide. Double-check everything before submitting your request for your identification card.

If there is an error on your part and we need to reissue a card, an administration fee of $100 is applicable.
