This form allows registered PRDJ members to manage their existing vehicle registrations and number plates.

Please select one of the following services:

1. Reassign Existing Number Plates — $50
Both vehicles must already be registered with the PRDJ. Reassigning number plates does not deregister either vehicle. The number plates will be removed from the original vehicle and assigned to the receiving vehicle. The registration certificates will be updated accordingly once the reassignment is approved.

2. Transfer Vehicle Ownership — $50
Transfer a vehicle registered in your name to another PRDJ member. Any number plates currently assigned to that vehicle remain your property and will not transfer to the new owner. The existing registration certificate will be superseded. The new owner must arrange registration separately.

3. Deregister a Vehicle — FREE
Remove a vehicle from active registration with the People's Registry de Jure. Any number plates assigned to that vehicle will be released but remain your property. The vehicle and its registration history will remain in the Registry.

Important: All requests are subject to verification against the Registry records. Fees must be received and confirmed before a paid request can be processed.

Register a New Vehicle Using Existing Number Plates

You will need to provide the new vehicle's details and select your existing PRDJ number plates. No new physical number plates will be manufactured.

The total fee is $150, comprising $100 for vehicle registration and $50 for assigning your existing number plates to the new vehicle.

Important: If the number plates are currently assigned to another vehicle, they will be released from that vehicle before being assigned to the new one. The original vehicle will remain registered without those number plates.

The new registration certificate will be issued once payment has been verified and the Registry records have been updated.
