Request to become a RRDJ Gold Business Trader

Before You Begin

To create your Trading Partner website, we’ll need some key information and files from you.

Please note: if you are registering more than one business, you need to submit a separate application for each business. Each business will be assigned its own Gold Account and must use a unique email address.

  • Business Banner Image – this will appear at the top of your listing.
  • Business Description – a clear explanation of what your business supplies or does.
  • Short Excerpt (SEO) – a one-sentence summary for search results.
  • Slogan / Mission Statement – a short phrase reflecting your business values or vision.
  • Proof of Payment – receipt of the listing fee (upload as image or PDF).

Image Guidelines

📐 Best size: 1280 × 600 pixels (wide, horizontal format)

⚖️ File size: Keep under 400 KB for faster loading

Set your Region / Location

Select the main area f.e. Western Australia, then choose your specific region/city shown in purple f.e. Perth Region. When selected, it will turn red f.e. Swan Valley.

  • If your business is not location-based, tick ONLINE ONLY.
  • Minimum 1 region must be selected.

Pick smart keywords / tags

Start typing to search for keywords (e.g. “mass…”, “organ…”, “gold…”). Pick from the purple choices that appear. When selected, they become red tags.

  • Use short, clear words customers would search for.
  • Minimum 1 – Maximum 5 tags allowed.

Categorise your business

Tick the main category f.e. Health & Wellbeing that matches your business area, then choose one or more sub-categories that appear f.e. Massage Therapy. When selected, they will turn red f.e. Natural Skincare.

  • You can tick multiple sub-categories of different main categories if they apply to your business.
  • Minimum 1 – Maximum 5 categories allowed.

Steward's Details

How to Select Your Steward

You can either:

  1. Start by selecting your steward – if you already know their name, just start typing in the steward name field.
  2. Choose the state first – click (or double-click) on your state, then click into the steward name field to reveal the available stewards for that location.

To reset and see the full list again, simply delete your selection from the steward name field.

Before we can issue a certificate confirming the opening of the account, please make sure that you pay the $200 one off fee (includes the first year subscription to your advertising page) into the following account, referencing the business name you used to sign up and attach proof of payment:
